100% Scottish organic barley. A mix of 43% ex-American whiskey casks, 2% Oloroso sherry casks, and 55% STR red wine casks. Bottled June-July 2023. 10,360 bottles total.
2023 release. 18 years in a combination of re-fill and hogshead casks, finished for ~15 months in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from Napa Valley.
